Our lab studies plant specialized metabolism, with a focus on elucidation of biosynthetic pathways of plant metabolites involved in defense against biotic stresses. We are also interested in metabolic engineering of
plants and microorganisms for production of high-value compounds from plants for biotechnological applications.
